My cooking sessions for teenagers & adults are flexible and can be developed to suit your needs. Here are a few ideas:
Master making fresh pasta
2-3 hours, £85 (with a friend) including ingredients: My pasta making morning (or afternoon) includes learning how to make pasta dough and a variety of shapes. We make a traditional sauce to go with it too. This is a really practical and therapeutic session, great for everyone, even the kids or grandchildren could join in! After the session, you can even invite someone over to serve the wonderful pasta that you made.
Master making desserts
2-3 hours, £85 (with a friend) including ingredients: Get confident with making sweet pastry, meringue, crème pâtissière, flavoured creams and more. Working together we will go through various methods so you develop the skills to do it for years to come. Choose which area you would like to focus on and we can make develop a plan. You could even master a whole range of desserts in 3 weeks for £180 (one person) – £220 (with a friend).
South American cooking
2-3 hours, £85 (with a friend) including ingredients: As a South American chef I am keen to share the amazing recipes and new flavours that come from my native Ecuador. My sessions can inspire you to think differently about common ingredients like pork and fish. Some of the classics are Ecuadorian Ceviche (lime marinated fish), Fritada (pork) and some fabulous and healthy soups. Cook up something different…
